Lindsay is the Group Managing Partner of Derwent, he brings his Digital expertise across the business and leads major strategic client relationships. He has over a decade of experience in board and executive search, talent solutions and commercial leadership roles.

Lindsay spent six years with Korn Ferry, leading the Digital Practice across all sectors to address technology and customer strategy talent needs in B2C & B2B environments, digital and technology clients and he also led broad-based strategic accounts.

His 20-year career prior in consumer and technology markets included leading cross-functional teams in market leading and challenger brands, and he was a founding partner of a start-up digital and marketing solutions business. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from the University of Western Sydney.

Lindsay is passionate about helping clients align their talent requirements to business strategy and growth objectives.
