Bel is a Partner in Derwent’s Consumer and Retail Practice, bringing deep expertise across Media, Marketing, and Customer functions.
Bel was previously a Partner at Hourigan International, working with a broad range of clients at both C–suite and Board level.
She is deeply passionate about partnering with leaders and organisations to build world-class, high-impact teams.
Prior to Executive Search, Bel spent 15 years as a marketing and advertising professional at BBDO Worldwide, Havas Creative Network and Publicis Group, where she successfully managed and partnered with some of the worlds’ biggest brands.
Bel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from Charles Sturt University.
