Ellie is a Corporate Executive Assistant in our Sydney office, supporting Chief Operating Officer, Leonie Meissner. 

Since joining us in 2017, she has held multiple positions within the business, starting as Corporate Receptionist for our busy Sydney office. Ellie has since partnered closely with senior consultants across multiple practices and has also held a leadership position managing our Sydney Project team.

Ellie is deeply passionate about providing exceptional and seamless administrative and executive support, managing complex projects and schedules, developing best practice systems and processes, preparing business reports, policies and presentations, and plays a key role in ensuring the success of our corporate and business initiatives.

Known for her precision, organisation, professionalism, and efficiency, Ellie thrives in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of executive search.
