Imogen is a Research Consultant in our Melbourne office, specialising in identifying and engaging with high performing talent for executive and senior-level searches across diverse industry sectors.

Imogen works across retail & consumer, healthcare, professional services, private equity and public sector environments. Her ability to apply rigour and strategic thinking enables her to understand organisational requirements, source quality candidates and deliver industry insights that support successful search outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Agriculture with a Major in Animal Science, a Masters degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from RMIT University.
