Imogen is a Consultant in Derwent's Melbourne office, specialising in engaging high-performing talent for executive and senior-level searches for the firm's enterprise clients.

Imogen has worked across diverse industry sectors including Retail & Consumer, Healthcare, Professional Services, and Digital, Technology & Services. She has partnered with ASX-listed, founder-led, public sector and private equity clients.

Her ability to apply rigour and strategic thinking enables her to understand organisational requirements and engage quality candidates to support successful search outcomes.

Imogen holds a Bachelor of Agriculture with a Major in Animal Science, a Master of Agricultural Business from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from RMIT University.
