Jemma leads Derwent activities across the Not-for-Profit (for-purpose) Health, Education and Public Sector markets supporting our West Australian client base predominately focused on ‘C’ suite, Executive & Management appointments. 

Jemma has deep specialisation supporting clients within these sectors accumulating 15 years’ experience across the UK and Australian markets. Jemma has an expansive track record advising clients and supporting organisations to find the best talent for their business. She thrives on the impact she can deliver to her clients’ purpose and values and is passionate about changing the lives of individuals. 

Prior to pursuing a career in recruitment Jemma graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Education & English and worked within the education sector as an English teacher in Europe. Her extensive experience working with people and supporting multiple organisations has fuelled Jemma’s passion to provide exceptional customer service.
