John is a Partner in Derwent’s Interim Solutions Practice, which operates across a range of industries and organisations from mid-market, private equity, and larger enterprise clients.
John was previously a Director at the US-Listed staffing firm Robert Half, as well as operating within their global consulting practise, Protiviti.
He brings over 15 years of experience partnering with clients that require interim executive needs as well as delivering solutions across business transformation projects.
He is passionate about partnering with leaders and organisations that need to drive change within their business, at speed.
Through the use of interim talent, John is able to assist companies in providing capacity and capability, driving immediate change to uplift performance.
John spent the first 12 years of his career working in small to medium businesses across the leisure, fitness, and entertainment industries as a General Manager.
