Julie is a founding Partner of Derwent in Perth and has extensive experience supporting organisations across both Board and Executive Search.  Julie’s focus is on building high performance teams that enable her clients to delivery on current and future strategic challenges. Her passion on supporting individuals to achieve their career goals and connect with organisations where they can add value underpins her success.

Julie’s deep knowledge across a range of sectors in the Western Australia business community enables her to connect her clients with high caliber, impactful talent that empowers transformational change.

Prior to Derwent Julie commenced her career with PwC Perth and later held senior finance position in healthcare, resources, oil and gas and professional services in London and Perth subsequently supporting the establishment of Michael Page in Perth.

Julie is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
