Katharine Whittaker is a Principal and member of the Digital, Technology & Services Practice at Derwent. She is passionate about driving diversity and inclusion across organisations in Tech.

Katharine brings 10 years of executive search experience spanning sectors including Technology, Industrial, Consumer, Government and Financial Services. She has partnered with ASX listed, founder-led and private equity clients. Her expertise is in senior leadership appointments from Chief Executive Officers and Chief Information / Technology Officers to Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud and Networks.

Previously, Katharine spent 10 years with two global search firms in their Technology & Digital Practices, and brings international experience from the U.S.

Katharine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh, USA.
