Lauren is a Principal in Derwent’s Consumer & Retail Practice. Lauren joined Derwent following 12 years at Korn Ferry in the Global Consumer, Retail and Board Practices. 

As an executive search consultant, Lauren brings deep expertise in the broader global Retail sector having executed international searches across all functions and at the Board level for organisations of scale. She has supported major strategic client relationships in the Australian Retail sector.

Earlier she worked with search firms, Odgers Berndtson in London and Johannesburg, and Stanton Chase International in Sydney. Prior to her move into executive search, Lauren worked in Brand Marketing roles for Deutsche Bank (UK), Estée Lauder, Naspers - Media24, and Digital Cinema Media (UK).
