Luke joined Derwent as a Partner in Derwent’s Consumer & Retail Practice in January 2025.
Prior to joining Derwent, Luke was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Emu Search and has worked in both boutique search and for a FTSE 250 firm in the UK and Australia.
He has spent the past 20 years dedicated to the Retail, Consumer, Hospitality and Entertainment sectors and deeply understands customer centric environments, hiring the very best C-Suite and Leadership talent for some of the world’s biggest retail and consumer brands.
Luke is sought out as a leader in his field as he combines a unique blend of specialised industry knowledge, domestic and global networks, and a humanistic approach to building trusted and lasting relationships.
