Nicole is a Principal based in the Sydney office focused on healthcare and digital engagements.
She has over eleven years of international search experience and was previously based in London working with US-headquartered global search firms. Here she served clients in healthcare and life sciences across EMEA and North America.
Since returning to Australia in 2020, Nicole has supported clients to find high impact executive talent across healthcare, digital & technology, consumer, professional services and private equity. She has a particular interest in issues around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Nicole was previously the recipient of the AESC Award for Excellence and Professionalism in Research, Europe. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) majoring in History from the University of Bristol.
