Penny is the Head of Research at Derwent Search. She is responsible for the management of the Research team, as well as researching in all sectors. With her lateral thinking capabilities, she sources high calibre candidates from widely varied backgrounds and partners with Consultants to provide the best possible solution to every individual role.

Penny’s previous experience as a business development consultant across a broad range of sectors in Australia and New Zealand assists her to understand diverse contexts and requirements and deliver accordingly.

Penny has lived with her family in London and Auckland as well as Melbourne and she has BA Hons in History & Politics.
