Rebecca is a Principal at Derwent, with a focus on Private Equity work across industries and functions. She has depth in Consumer, Health and Services industries. In addition to CEO appointments, she has expertise in commercial functions such as CFO, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Customer Officer, CMO and Transformation, Strategy & PMO. Rebecca is passionate about finding creative solutions for clients, and ensuring Diversity and Inclusion are key considerations when sourcing talent. 

Prior, she was a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, working on domestic and global Executive Search assignments in the Consumer sector. Clients were typically large enterprise and multinationals. Other experience includes working at several leading boutique firms where she supported the Managing Directors on C-suite executive and Board search assignments across industries such as FMCG, Consumer, Media, Financial Services and Aged Care. Executive roles placed include General Counsel, Managing Director/CEO, CFO, CMO, CHRO.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, is a certified AESC Researcher/Associate and is Hogan accredited. 

In her spare time, you’ll find her swimming in the ocean or running near it, playing bass guitar or planning an overseas adventure.
