Rebecca is a Consultant in the Board Practice and brings an innovative approach to search processes which is instrumental in finding the best Boardroom talent. Prior to joining the Board Practice, she led the National Research team at Derwent for a number of years. Her previous experience in management consulting, corporate strategy and investment banking has given her a deep understanding across a broad range of sectors.

Rebecca is drawn to contemporary research and academic study and thoroughly enjoys applying rigorous methodology to all aspects of Board search. She has completed a post graduate MBA from The Wharton School and more recently a Master of Business Psychology giving her a unique perspective of the importance of deep assessment and cultural alignment.
