Scott is the Managing Partner leading our Industrial and Health Practices. He is passionate about partnering with clients to solve their most important talent needs, with deep experience in CEO succession, C-Suite talent search and assessment and Board search.

Before joining Derwent, Scott was a Consultant at Egon Zehnder for five years which built on a senior executive career in Australia and North America including serving on the US executive team of Dyson as Senior Vice President, and as Sales and Managing Director, Canada, Sony Pictures. These experiences have created real empathy when partnering with clients on senior leadership appointments supporting Scott’s recognized capacity for bringing a creative edge to clients’ talent needs.

Scott has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, a Masters of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and successfully completed the AICD Company Director's Course.
