Warwick Bowd is the Managing Partner who leads our Digital, Technology and Services practice nationally. He and his team deliver C-suite and other senior leadership searches across both the Digital & Technology and Professional Services sectors. He is well-connected across the market and has a reputation for delivering outstanding results for his clients.

Warwick’s effectiveness is underpinned by his broad commercial knowledge, not just of talent acquisition, but other disciplines such as business strategy, people & culture and marketing communications. He has a particularly strong track record in Partner search for Professional Services firms and brings an intimate understanding of this market.

Warwick joined Derwent in 2015. He moved into executive search following a 25-year international corporate career, having previously held management positions with firms including KPMG, Microsoft, Lend Lease and Colliers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Sydney and a Master of Commerce Degree (in Marketing) from the University of NSW. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
